Wow! Reams Photo has been in a family portrait frenzy lately!
You met the Moya family in their preview on the blog, but Amy and I have been blessed to know Robyn and Cuco Moya for about a year now. They go to church with us at Harbor Mid-City and they work with World Impact, an organization that plants churches in inner-cities across the country. Robyn contacted us a few weeks ago and asked us about taking some family photos for Christmas cards. We were excited to hear that the Moyas wanted to have Christmas pictures with the style that we love to shoot-a more naturalistic and less posed look. In fact, Robyn asked if we could shoot the portrait session at their home (which is decorated beautifully-Amy almost took home the couches!), which is something that we’ve been excited about for quite a while now. We’re really happy with this portrait session-it looks completely different than the other family portrait sessions that we’ve shot this month, but, like those sessions, it really seems to capture the spirit of the family. Hope you enjoy!
I think that this last one is my favorite. I love everything about it-the rocking chair in the corner and the Christmas tree on the table. To me, it really sums up Christmas at the Moya house.
